The first step for becoming professional is to get an entry into the industry and it canít happen without proper planning and preparation. We at Techoworx prepare our students to get an easy entry into the industry by giving them training to clear the interview process that most of the companies follow these days.

These 3 important interview steps/hurdles in most of the companies are:

1)Aptitude Test:

The Aptitude tests are generally aimed at testing the candidateís knowledge of his/her core technical subjects in addition to critical reasoning and analytical skills. Sometimes it also includes logical ability exam, numerical problems and a basic communication test. Most of the companies take written examination to check the aptitude of the candidate. The major sections of Aptitude tests are: a) Verbal Aptitude b) Quantitative Aptitude c) Technical Aptitude

2)Technical Interview:

This is the most important step of the interview process where your technical skills are evaluated by the interviewer. The questions in this round most revolves around the basic Languages (like C, C++, JAVA) and other important aspects like Database, Operating Systems, and any other Language/technology that you know. The knowledge of some special technology adds a lot of value to the candidature and gives an added advantage.

3)HR Interview:

This is the final round of selection process, where the studentís stability and his confidence level will be evaluated. The interview focuses on overall personality of the candidate and evaluates the soft skills (like Communication Skills, Confidence Level, and Body Language) required for the Industry.
